Terms of service

These terms apply to analytics and advisory services supplied by Packageenginebase. An engagement begins only when both parties agree its scope, fee, timing and outputs in writing.

Services and client inputs

We provide analytical review and recommendations, not a guarantee that software will be free of defects. You are responsible for providing lawful access to accurate, relevant data and for final engineering and release decisions.

Fees and payment

Pricing shown or discussed before scoping is informational. The agreed proposal sets the fee and payment schedule. No payment is taken through this website.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials. Once fees are paid, you may use the commissioned findings internally. Each party will protect confidential information and disclose it only where required by law.

Liability

Nothing limits liability where UK law does not permit limitation. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect loss or release decisions made without due engineering review.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end work for material breach after a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Cancellation consequences are described in our refund policy.
